West Devon

Cellar Beach is a small pebble and sand beach on the shore of the Yealm River. Parking and facilities are 30-40 minutes walk from Noss Mayo, but the river side and woodland walk to Cellar Beach is very pleasant and it is well worth continuing on the path past Cellar Beach up to Gara Point and along the coast path

South Devon

Challaborough is a pleasant curved sandy beach, with great scenery. Facilities are close to the beach, but unfortunately the Challaborough car park is very small. There is plenty of parking at Bigbury-On-Sea and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from Bigbury. Dogs banned in summer

North Devon
Combe Martin is a small town on the North Devon coast, with a nice sandy beach flanked by rock pools. There is easy access to the beach and facilities are close to the beach. To the east of the beach is a small sandy beach called Newberry Beach. Dogs banned in summer
