Beach is a small sandy cove a few miles north of Babbacombe
and Torquay. Dogs allowed all year Watcombe
beach is a pleasant and popular sandy beach with plenty
of sand at low tide and plenty of rock pools to explore.
To the west of the main beach there is a long beach accessible
from the coast path, which is mainly rocky with some sand.
Parking at Wembury is fairly limited and the car parks can
be full by mid-morning in summer. Note that the National

Beach is a long grey sand beach with rock pools at low tide.
The beach is usually quiet due to its remoteness, the nearest

Ho is a small seaside town with a huge sandy beach which
extends 2 miles north of the town. There are areas of rock
and pebbles at the southern end of the beach. To the north
of the town the beach is backed by a pebble ridge and behind
this is Northam Burrows Country Park. Dogs restricted in
Pear Beach is a small cove east of Combe Martin. Wild Pear
Beach is sandy, but with lots of rocks at low tide. Access
is difficult so the beach is usually quiet. Dogs

Beach is a large sandy beach on the east shore of the Erme
River. Unfortunately parking is very limited and there are

is a nice seaside town with a huge sandy beach which stretches
south for about 2 miles. The beach is popular with surfers
and families and there are plenty of facilities and parking.
To the north of the main beach is a large rocky area and beyond
that there are two smaller beaches Barricane Beach, which
is quite small and narrow and Combesgate Beach which is larger.
